Order Cancellation Policy
At Waikino, we understand that sometimes plans change. We offer a flexible order cancellation policy to accommodate your needs. Please review our guidelines below.
Order Cancellation
• Timeframe: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided that it has not yet been processed or shipped.
• How to Cancel: To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@waikino.com with your order number and cancellation request.
• Confirmation: Once your cancellation request has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. If the order is already processed or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible, and our Return and Refund Policy will apply.
Processed Orders
• Shipped Orders: If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait until you receive the item and initiate a return following our Refund Policy guidelines.
Refund for Cancellations
• Upon successful cancellation within the allowed timeframe, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Non-Cancellable Orders
• Custom or Personalized Products: Orders for custom-made or personalized items cannot be cancelled once processing has begun due to the nature of the product.
