Eligibility for Returns

 

 Timeframe: You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

 Condition: To be eligible, items must be:

 Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when received.

 In their original packaging with all tags attached.

 Exemptions: The following items are non-returnable:

 Personalized or custom-made products.

 Items that pose hygiene risks, such as bibs, pacifiers, and teething toys, if packaging has been opened.

 

Refund Process

 

 Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 Approval: If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

 Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, we may deduct the standard shipping cost from your refund.

 

Exchanges

 

 We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you received a faulty item, please contact us at support@waikino.com within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange an exchange or issue a replacement.

 

Non-Refundable Items

 

 Gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
